    Faulty or Damaged Items
    If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’re happy to help sort it out. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll ask for some details like photos of the issue and your order number to get the ball rolling.

    How to Return
    Once we confirm the issue, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the faulty item. Don’t worry – we’ll cover the return shipping costs if it’s our mistake.

    Refund or Exchange
    After we receive the faulty item, we’ll either:

    • Refund the full amount (including any shipping fees), or

    • Exchange it for a replacement, if available.

    Things We Can’t Accept
    Please note, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or items that have been used or damaged after opening.

    We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We like to keep things fast, but we also take the time to make sure your order is packed with care.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and the shipping option you choose.
    Estimated delivery times with Australia Post:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
      (Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current postal conditions—basically, no guarantees against a postal slow day!)

    Order Tracking
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. We know how exciting it is to stalk that tracking link.

    Shipping Addresses
    Please double-check your address before submitting your order! If there’s a mistake, let us know ASAP so we can fix it—once shipped, we can’t change the address, and Australia Post isn’t into rerouting.

    Lost or Delayed Packages
    If your package seems to be taking its sweet time or has disappeared, let us know. We’ll work with Australia Post to help track it down. Just keep in mind, we can’t be held responsible for delays or lost parcels once they’re with the postie, but we’ll do our best to sort things out.
